Our Mission

Coach Michael Spencer believes every athlete has another level in them. The mission is to push Defensive Football players across the Lower Mainland to unlock their full potential—refine their skills, master the game mentally, and rise from Backup to Starter, Starter to All-Star, or All-Star to University prospect.

This mission is achieved by:

Practicing drills and working through movement patterns that directly translate to live gameplay

Providing a deeper understanding of Defensive schemes, as well as offensive schemes that you will go against

Developing situational awareness, pre-snap recognition & formational tendencies
